Dr. Parker is an Arizona native from Flagstaff who earned her undergraduate degree from Northern Arizona University and her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Colorado State University. She has been recognized as a Diplomate (Canine and Feline Practice) in the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners (ABVP) since 1994. Dr. Parker has been an IVECCS member since 1990. Her particular areas of interest are cardiology, internal medicine, preventative medicine, and emergency critical care.
Dr. Scott is originally from England but has spent the majority of her life in Tucson and considers herself a native Arizonan. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Arizona & her veterinary degree from Purdue University’s School of Veterinary Medicine in 1989. Her areas of special interest are critical care & emergency medicine, internal medicine, toxicology, pharmacology & surgery. She has been recognized as a Diplomate (Canine and Feline Practice) in the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners (ABVP) since 1997. Dr. Scott has been an IVECCS member since 1994. Dr. Scott's free time is spent enjoying her four-legged kids (six cats & two dogs), reading, walking and the arts.
Dr. Knight grew up in rural New Mexico surrounded by a variety of animals including pigs, cows, horses, chickens, dogs and cats. It was almost inevitable that she would become a veterinarian. She attended the University of Louisville, Kentucky for her undergraduate degree and earned her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Colorado State University. She moved to Tucson after graduation in 1999. Her areas of interest include soft tissue surgery & preventative medicine. She and her husband enjoy a close knit family including four cats and two dogs.
Dr Sheehan is originally from Wisconsin. She earned her undergraduate degree in Biology from Carleton College in Northfield, Minnesota. She completed her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Wisconsin. Shortly after graduating Dr Sheehan moved to Florida where she practiced emergency medicine before moving to Tucson. She has a special interest in soft tissue surgery & ophthalmology. Dr Sheehan enjoys spending her free time with her two dogs & two cats. All of her pets are former strays & rescues. Though grateful to have a loving home they are not so happy to see their vet every day.
Dr. Donnelly graduated from the University of Florida and completed her residency at the renowned New York Animal Hospital & served on the staff of the Animal Medical Center before moving to Tucson. She is a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Dermatology (AVDC). Dr. Donnelly accepts dermatology referrals from Pima Pet Clinic and other veterinarians. Helping animals and owners find relief from often frustrating skin conditions is her true passion and why she specializes in dermatology.
Bert Blumenfeld was born in New York and moved to Tucson in 1971. He obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in 1975 and a Master of Science in animal physiology in 1978 from the University of Arizona. Dr. Blumenfeld attended Oregon State University and earned his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in 1983.
Dr. Blumenfeld returned to Tucson and became an owner of Casas Adobes Pet Clinic. During the years of 1983 to 2013 he enjoyed general small animal practice with a particular interest in orthopedic surgery. In 2013, Casas Adobes, Pet Clinic was sold, and Dr. Blumenfeld remained to perform orthopedic surgery for the new owners. In his spare time Dr. Blumenfeld and his wife Kim enjoy traveling and hiking with their dog Gertie and spoiling their granddaughter whenever they can!
Recently, Dr. Blumenfeld decided to join Pima Pet Clinic and pursue orthopedic consultations.
